Oversight Inspection

Equipment, products and components must be delivered with the right quality to the right place at the right time. QSA Inc., through the extensive experience and know-how acquired, developed inspection and expediting services aimed at ensuring that all components needed by the clients are built, tested and delivered according to the set timeline.

Our technicians conduct second and third-party inspections on the basis of contractual specifications and international standards.

FIELD & DESK EXPEDITING

Desk expediting is expediting from the QSA office, performed without physical presence of the expeditor at vendor location. Desk expediting is basically a liaison to follow-up, gather and communicate updates of projects and/or potential issues.

Field expediting is performed with physical presence of the expeditor at vendor location. With follow up way of physically on site gathering and communicating status, potential issues and updates of projects.

MATERIAL MANAGEMENT

• supervision of raw materials procurement

• maintenance & accurate tracking of inventory materials

• supervision and observation of sub vendor production / testing

• supervision of packing, and shipping finished product, materials, and equipment as required per established policies

and procedures

• general management of logistics / load outs

• release for delivery to the well site / destination

SITE SUPERVISION

• Initial quality management system assessment

• Creation of inspection testing procedures and plans

• Coordination of production, inspection and testing

• Qualification special processes (welding, NDT, etc.) and their operators

• Quality audits

• Control non-compliance and related preventive and/or corrective actions.

VENDOR QUALIFICATION AND AUDITING

More and more in all company’s quality management systems and projects require assessments in advance whether a potential vendor/supplier is capable and qualified to fulfill purchase order specifics on time and to the applicable quality standards. The best way to achieve this is through vendor qualification audits using objective and impartial criteria ensuring full transparency. Vendor qualification is a continuous process, usually over a particular project.
